Björk Del Riego is Chief of Staff at Sol Zero Group, where she helps shape the operational backbone of emerging ventures. At Sol Zero, she collaborates with founders and managing partners to scale teams, steward budgets, and implement systems that support long-term growth. She also leads key initiatives across the company, including the development of internal infrastructure to support its expanding portfolio, most recently overseeing the company’s transition into its first permanent headquarters. 

Before joining Sol Zero, Björk built a career supporting high-growth startups across tech, media, and entertainment—working in roles spanning executive operations, culture design, and organizational strategy. In 2020, she launched her own consulting practice, advising clients on streamlining workflows, identifying operational gaps, and implementing systems built to scale. Throughout her career, she’s been known as a strategic partner to leadership and a builder of thoughtful, human-centered systems.

Björk serves on the advisory board of Do Something Already, an LGBTQ+ nonprofit focused on direct-action community support, and volunteers annually with the St. Jude Songwriters Gala. Outside of work, she’s a music and travel enthusiast who loves building community—whether on a dance floor, at a dinner party, or around a big idea.
